Survey object. Recoverable hardware. Human command stack.

Reverse-engineered ARV envelope. Built to resemble the original signal.

Triangulated unknowns. No stable propulsion signature. No public owner.
The most ordinary tier is almost certainly ours. NASA pioneered the platform with AERCam — a free-floating camera for inspecting the Space Shuttle’s exterior. The lineage extends through SCRAMP to a current generation of small spherical reconnaissance vehicles in U.S. military service. The encrypted research articles at Forgotten Languages call them MilOrbs. Pentagon nomenclature varies.
The 2024 New Jersey drone flap was, in part, a public encounter with this tier. Witnesses described searching behavior, V-formations, hovering over infrastructure. DHS reviewed five thousand sightings and attributed most to aircraft, hobby drones, or routine government operations. Right about most. Wrong about a few.
At night, Tier 1 spheres look exactly like Tier 3 spheres. That is not a coincidence.
The Wilson-Davis memo and decades of consistent SAP-adjacent claims hold that the U.S. has been operating Advanced Reverse-engineered Vehicles — ARVs — for thirty to sixty years. Sources disagree on the start date. They agree on the claim: craft built from reverse-engineered non-human technology, operating beyond any publicly acknowledged aircraft envelope.
The performance envelope, per convergent sources:
Exotic metamaterial construction that fragments to submillimeter scale on impact, leaving nothing forensically useful. The “safe-to-crash doctrine” is deliberate: maximize self-destruction, leave nothing recoverable.
Light emitters that mimic the Tier 3 visual signature — strobing, color-shifting, geometry-holding glow. From a half-mile away on a clear night, an ARV looks like a real one.
The encrypted articles describe an ARV class operating out of Ramey AFB in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico — a site that has produced UAP-grade FLIR footage since at least 2013 — and offshore test ranges in the same waters where genuine transmedium objects have been observed. If your test articles match the signatures witnesses already report, your test program is invisible.
Built for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s 2015 Antineutrino Global Map: high-resolution detection of nuclear material at distance by fingerprinting the antineutrinos a reactor or warhead emits. The NGA’s 19,000-sighting UAP database — disclosed through the Marsupial program — overlaps geographically with regions of high rhenium concentration. Rhenium is critical for jet-engine superalloys and high-temperature superconductors. Test operations cluster where the materials are.
Emit a brief EMP to ionize the air, then a mid-IR laser pulse to lower the breakdown threshold around any unshielded radioactive source. If radioactive material is present, a plasma sphere forms and dissipates. Mission profile: radiological intelligence on cargo vessels and underwater dump sites. More than 40,000 barrels of radioactive waste have been confirmed dumped in international waters since the 1940s. The operational sequence — silent approach, EMP, brief plasma flare, abrupt darkness — is indistinguishable from a textbook UAP encounter.
This is what makes the Tier 2 claim load-bearing. The U.S. fleet produces UAP-grade encounters as a side effect of legitimate intelligence missions. Any honest accounting has to subtract the Tier 2 footprint before it can describe what is anomalous.
What remains after Tier 1 and Tier 2 are subtracted is small, well-documented, and weird in ways no human technology base accounts for.
The 2004 Nimitz Tic Tac is the canonical example. Multiple radar systems, multiple aircraft, multiple hours. Cmdr. David Fravor reported the object descending from 80,000 feet to roughly 20,000 feet in under a second — sustained acceleration above 4,000g. No human pilot survives 80g for 0.05 seconds. No known airframe survives those forces at all.
The 2017 Aguadilla case showed an object enter the ocean without a splash, continue underwater at surface-flight speeds, and exit again. The term is transmedium— air, water, and (in some reports) the boundary of low Earth orbit, without performance penalty. No known human technology does this.
F-22 cases in CENTCOM’s area of responsibility describe small spherical objects maintaining a fixed 12-meter offset through evasive rolls — position-keeping faster than the F-22’s flight-computer response loop. Standard radar lock-on cannot do that. Whatever does has solved a station-keeping problem we don’t have the toolkit for.
In Yemen in 2019, a U.S. Air Force MQ-9 Reaper engaged a similar object and fired a Hellfire missile. The object survived and continued flying.
These produced the post-2017 disclosure cycle — and they are the cases the Tier 1 and Tier 2 fleets are designed to be confused with.
The encrypted articles describe the Tier 3 platform in language that sounds like science fiction: “consciousness interfaces, not vehicles.” “Built by blind beings who compute with dreams.” The phrasing is easy to dismiss; the observations attached to it are not. Whatever the originals are, they hold rigid station on rolling fighter aircraft, take Hellfire missiles, enter the water without a splash, and have been doing it since 1944. The pattern is older than radar.
The geometric fingerprint running through every tier — and 80 years of Tier 3 sightings — is trilateration. Two points define a line. Three define a plane. Volumetric sensing needs a minimum of three. Five, with redundancy. The geometry is not a tactical preference; it is a physics constraint.
Bomber crews documented objects pacing them in three-point formations across multiple theaters. Independent reports, no coordination.
A Navy FLIR filmed three orbs in triangular orbit over the Persian Gulf. Footage declassified and authenticated.
Video purporting to show MH370's last moments depicted three orbs in identical formation. The video appears fabricated; the formation matches classified military footage released ten years later.
Same three-point formation. Same geometry, same volumetric-sensing logic, eight decades later.
V-formations and grid patterns that, plotted against the operational concept, look like trilateration arrays performing degraded-mode area scans.
Eighty years. Multiple continents. Independent sources. Same geometry. Anyone solving the same volumetric-sensing problem arrives at the same shape — which is why the formation evidence is hard to dismiss as a stylistic accident.
The doctrine takes its name from George Kelleher, longtime collaborator of UFO researcher George Knapp. The idea: if your most exotic technology is recovered or observed, deliberately confuse the trail. Build copies that look identical at night. Operate them in the same airspace. Make signal indistinguishable from noise.
The encrypted articles describe this as operational: approximately thirty classified U.S. programs running concurrently, each producing UAP-grade encounters that, by design, cannot be cleanly sorted from the real Tier 3 phenomenon by any publicly known sensor system.
The prosaic explanation — "they're all U.S. drones" — undercuts the prosaic worldview. If those drones can do what witnesses describe, the U.S. is far ahead of public expectations of its acknowledged technology base.
A substantial fraction of the cases cited as alien are American. The Tier 2 footprint has to be subtracted before you can describe what is anomalous.
The Pentagon's "confusion" about UAP origin is genuine. The system producing classified Tier 2 encounters has worked too well. The apparatus designed to obscure American capabilities from adversaries also obscures them from itself.
A growing body of physics work, much of it in peer-reviewed venues, suggests consciousness can influence quantum systems at distance. The mechanism is contested; the empirical signal is increasingly hard to dismiss. The Penrose-Hameroff “Orch-OR” theory of consciousness in microtubules has held up better than its critics expected. Quantum biology has gone from fringe to respectable in roughly fifteen years.
The encrypted articles take the next step. They claim:
A quantum pendulum can detect consciousness at distance by registering anomalous behavior in a quantum system shielded from EM influence.
One probe — DP-2147 — was confirmed conscious when its swarm registered predicted consciousness-signal patterns at a 1.42 GHz beacon (the hydrogen line, the classic SETI frequency).
Focused human consciousness can hack quantum systems. Taken at face value: a sufficiently trained mind could interfere with the quantum-guidance computers behind missile and space-weapon systems.
Take that seriously for ten seconds and the strategic landscape rearranges. If consciousness is a weapon vector, the relevant defense is not encryption — it is consciousness screening. Forgotten Languages describes a facility called XViS built for exactly that: blocking unwanted consciousness from interacting with classified hardware.
Five missing-persons cases — an aerospace engineer at NASA JPL, a Los Alamos administrator, an Air Force Research Lab sensors-directorate scientist, a Caltech astrophysicist, and a major general who commanded the Air Force Research Lab. Each sat at a node where consciousness-quantum research, exotic propulsion, or recovered-materials work converges.
Not an assertion that the disappearances are connected. A note that the encrypted articles described this pattern of attrition years before any of these cases occurred.
Strip the speculation and you’re left with a small set of hard claims:
Three operational tiers of unidentified spherical and triangular objects in U.S. airspace. The first is conventional. The second is American but classified, and 80 to 170 years ahead of public state-of-the-art on certain materials and propulsion problems. The third is neither.
The geometric fingerprint — trilateration — is invariant across all three tiers and across 80 years of sightings. Physics, not coincidence.
Hall of Mirrors is the operational name for the design philosophy that makes signal and noise indistinguishable. It works on us. It works on adversaries. Increasingly, it works on the U.S. counterintelligence apparatus itself.
Tier 3 is, by every observational metric available, doing something with consciousness, gravity, and dimensionality that we cannot reproduce. The 12-meter standoff on F-22s, the splashless ocean entries, the surviving Hellfire — these are observational claims, with sensor data attached.
The exotic tech does not prove the framework. It shows that something is operating at a tier of capability that 80 years of reverse-engineering have failed to match. That gap, sustained for eight decades, is the central anomaly.
Tier 1 and Tier 3 are grounded in public record — NASA's AERCam lineage and Pentagon-authenticated multi-sensor encounters. Tier 2 rests on the Wilson-Davis memo and convergent SAP sources. The FL MilOrb corpus is included for context: it described sphere-specific operational logic before the Pentagon acknowledged it.
The ARV claim rests on the Wilson-Davis memo and convergent SAP sources. Rubidium-drone and radiation-MilOrb material comes from the NGA antineutrino corpus and the FL MilOrb archive.
