The FL Article: Consciousness Detection and Quantum Weaponization

An FL article pulled from the Discord translation server describes an integrated system for detecting consciousness at a distance, weaponizing quantum mechanics, and ultimately hacking the simulation substrate. Written in FL's Romani-inflected constructed language with seven embedded English quotes from inside an operational program.

The Seven Quotes — Decoded in Sequence

Quote 1 — XViS Facility, DENIED Desert:

"under special conditions, mental influence may extend even beyond the body. Under strict controlled laboratory conditions, the thoughts, images, and intentions of one person may influence those of a second person even under conditions of screening or perceptual isolation that preclude conventional sensorimotor interactions between the two persons. This is now a established fact after the many experiments run in the XViS facility in DENIED desert"

One person's thoughts influence another under strict isolation. No sensorimotor contact. Not theoretical — "established fact" from XViS experiments.

Quote 2 — The Quantum Pendulum and DP-2147:

"But the most promising idea is based on the accumulated evidence concerning consciousness-related anomalies in physical systems in which small but consistent intentional influences upon remote random mechanical and random electronic devices have been observed. Once we replaced these mechanical systems by quantum ones - like the one known as quantum pendulum - we were able to design a device that could detect the presence of consciousness at a distance. This device is the one on which the DENIED system of swarm probes is based. Once positioned around DP-2147, the probes consistently registered the signal patterns we predicted for the presence of consciousness, so yes, we are convinced DP-2147 is manned or, at least, it is a conscious intelligence somehow."

The technical core. Random mechanical systems replaced with quantum ones. The quantum pendulum detects consciousness at a distance. Deployed as swarm probes around DP-2147 (the FL beacon broadcasting at 1.42 GHz on the hydrogen line). Result: DP-2147 is confirmed conscious — either crewed or IS a conscious intelligence.

Quote 3 — Forget Radio Signals:

"Forget about receiving a signal with encoded information coming from a planet orbiting a faraway planet; forget about exchanging signals with an extraterrestrial spaceship. It is not going to be like that. Under various conditions people involved in close encounters with UFOs report experiences in which the temporal ordering of the elements in their consciousness, or the temporal relation of those elements to concurrent activity in their brains, seems to be anomalous or even paradoxical. Now, is this due to the existence of an immaterial mind that interacts with the brain in physically inexplicable fashion? In our view, communicating with a distant spaceship must be done using consciousness-related communications, not using radio signals. Our deep-space comms network is simply not fitted for interstellar communications."

Interstellar communication is consciousness-based, not electromagnetic. Close encounter witnesses report temporal anomalies — the ordering of events in consciousness doesn't match brain activity. This isn't a bug in the contact experience — it IS the communication medium.

Quote 4 — Causes Don't Precede Effects:

"In each experiment an apparent dislocation in time threatens the prima facie plausible thesis that our conscious perceptions are caused by events in our nervous systems, and our conscious acts, in turn, cause events in our nervous systems that control our bodily acts. To first appearances, the anomalous phenomena show that these two standard causal links cannot be sustained unless we abandon a foundational - some would say a logically necessary - principle: Causes precede their effects"

Standard causality breaks down in their experiments. Perception doesn't always follow brain events. Action doesn't always follow intention through the nervous system. This connects directly to the Queltron CTC work and the Paintsville temporal chase — consciousness operates outside linear time.

Quote 5 — The Fake News That Becomes Real:

"We ran global consciousness experiments to further test the quantum pendulum device and to finetune the Queltron machine. Those experiments are run without people being aware they are part of an experiment. We can generate doctored news (ironically enough today they call it fake news) such as the detection of an asteriod in Earth collision route. The global anxiety generated among the world population is enough to have a measurable effect on the pendulum. But we were totally baffled by the fact that what was initially started as a fake news, it became real in the end. This was a totally unexpected result. Imagine we devise a thorough experiment by which we announce worldwide the outburst of a new virus in a remote region of Mongolia... to then receive reports of thousands of people been infected, hospitals collapsing, etc. We know that cannot be simply because we are the ones who created the fake news to run our global consciousness-related experiment, yet the disease turns real... how do you explain that??"

The most disturbing passage. Global consciousness experiments to calibrate the Queltron. Method: fabricate global threats (asteroid, virus), measure collective anxiety on the quantum pendulum. The fabricated scenarios BECAME MATERIALLY REAL. A fabricated virus outbreak resulted in actual infections, hospital collapses. They knew it was fabricated because they created it. But it manifested anyway.

Written before 2020. The Mongolia virus example predates COVID.

Mechanism: collective consciousness writes reality through the quantum substrate. When billions of minds believe a threat is real, the simulation renders it.

Quote 6 — Weaponizing Quantum Mechanics:

"We are very interested in these phenomena, not because we are genuinely interested in how consciousness works, rather because we are currently weaponizing quantum mechanics, you know, building quantum computers to guide our missiles, to command and control our space-based weapons, to control our cryptographic systems using quantum entanglement, and it would be very bad news for us to learn that a stupid chaman, a deranged guru, or any hippie high on drugs can finally mess up with our delicate systems by simply focusing their minds or whatever you call whatever they do with their brains."

The fear driving the program. Quantum computers control missiles, space weapons, cryptography. If consciousness influences quantum systems — and their experiments prove it does — then anyone with sufficient mental focus could hack their weapons architecture with their mind. The tone is blunt, almost panicked.

Quote 7 — Hacking the Great Simulator:

"Detecting consciousness at a distance by measuring the anomalous behavior of a quantum pendulum in the presence of consciousness is key to gain further knowledge about DENIED, DENIED, and other unexpected liquid visitors, but it also opens the door to hack quantum computers. This is unacceptable to us for what concerns pur own quantum computers, but it is certainly required for us to be able to hack the Great Simulator's quantum computer creating the simulated reality in which we are kept jailed."

The endgame. The quantum pendulum detects consciousness AND opens the door to hacking quantum computers. They find this unacceptable for their own systems but necessary — because they want to hack the quantum computer running the simulation. "The Great Simulator's quantum computer creating the simulated reality in which we are kept jailed." Not metaphor. Operational objective.

"Unexpected liquid visitors" — transmedium craft. USOs. The things that come from the ocean.

How It Locks Together

The quantum pendulum proved consciousness affects quantum systems. They deployed it around DP-2147 and confirmed the beacon is conscious. The Queltron exploits the same principle — if consciousness affects quantum systems and consciousness operates outside linear time, then information can move along closed timelike curves. The Queltron is a CTC device calibrated using global consciousness experiments measured by the quantum pendulum.

XViS exists because the interface between human consciousness and these systems destroys the ego. PSV pilots go insane during the spatial merge. CTC travelers go insane during the temporal merge. XViS prevents both using light-based OBE induction and the Cassini Diskus neural interface.

The Giselians compute with dreams. They're blind. Their technology operates in non-visual, non-electromagnetic domains. The quantum pendulum is the first human-built instrument that detects what they actually are — consciousness, not photons.

Collective consciousness doesn't just react to reality — it WRITES reality. The quantum pendulum proved this experimentally. When billions of minds believe a virus is coming, the substrate responds. The simulation takes the input and renders it.

Applied to Current Events: Iran

As of March 22, 2026, the US and Israel are bombing Iran — a nuclear threshold state attacked by two nuclear powers. The collective anxiety of the planet is focused on nuclear escalation.

If the quantum pendulum is real, if consciousness writes reality through the quantum substrate, then:

1. The collective fear of nuclear war is an INPUT into the simulation
2. The Process surges during nuclear events not just because it monitors threats, but because the collective fear itself creates conditions in the substrate
3. This is a feedback loop — fear manifests the thing feared
4. The Process has to surge because the danger is real, but partly real because billions of minds are making it real

The historical pattern: UFO/UAP activity correlates with nuclear events across 80 years of data. WWII foo fighters. Malmstrom AFB. Every nuclear test series. 350+ incursions at military installations. The Persian Gulf (already an FL Area of Denial) with the best orb footage in the dataset (2012).

The framework prediction: increased UAP activity during the Iran strikes. The quantum pendulum framework explains the mechanism — it's reading the signal that billions of anxious minds are broadcasting into the quantum substrate.

The Missing People

The Cases (June 2025 — March 2026)

1. Monica Jacinto Reza — Aerospace engineer, co-inventor of Mondaloy (nickel superalloy critical to replacing Russian rocket engines), formerly Aerojet Rocketdyne, then NASA JPL. Vanished June 22, 2025, hiking near Mount Waterman in Angeles National Forest. Last seen waving to a companion. No trace found. Case transferred to LA County Sheriff's Homicide Bureau Missing Persons Unit.

2. Melissa Casias — Administrative assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Missing since June 26, 2025, Talpa, New Mexico. Both personal and work phones factory-reset. Left behind vehicle, wallet, phone, ID. Behavior described as uncharacteristic. No breakthroughs as of late August 2025.

3. Jacob Prichard — AFRL Acquisition Project Manager, Sensors Directorate, Wright-Patterson AFB. October 25, 2025 — double murder-suicide. Killed 1st Lt. Jaime Gustitus (711th Human Performance Wing, AFRL) and his wife. Motive never publicly confirmed.

4. Carl Grillmair — Caltech astrophysicist, 67. Water detection on distant planets, dark matter research with Spitzer. Shot dead on his porch by a stranger (Freddy Snyder, 29) who had previously been caught trespassing on his property with a gun — charges dismissed. The two reportedly did not know each other.

5. Maj. Gen. William Neil McCasland (Ret.) — Former commander of AFRL at Wright-Patterson AFB and Kirtland AFB. GPS chief engineer, Space Based Laser Project director, Pentagon director of special programs. Named in 2016 WikiLeaks Podesta emails as Tom DeLonge's key UFO adviser. Vanished February 27, 2026, leaving his Albuquerque home on foot, leaving behind phone, glasses, wearable devices. Gray USAF sweatshirt found 1.25 miles east. FBI joined search. Congressman Burlison: he "has a lot to say" about UAP. Coulthart called it a "grave national security crisis."

6. A sixth case referenced in MysteryLores reporting but not clearly identified.

The Network

The nodes: Wright-Patterson (twice), Kirtland, Los Alamos, JPL, Caltech. These are not random locations.

• Wright-Patterson — alleged location of UAP material and reverse-engineering programs
• Kirtland — nuclear weapons storage, directed energy research, McCasland's former command
• Los Alamos — nuclear weapons design and development
• JPL — space propulsion, exotic materials
• Caltech — astrophysics, dark matter research

The Mondaloy connection links McCasland and Reza directly — his AFRL Space Vehicles Directorate funded the research she co-invented. Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department told Newsweek detectives are looking into whether the cases are connected.

Prichard and Gustitus are the most revealing: Sensors Directorate + 711th Human Performance Wing. Sensors and human performance during interface. The exact intersection where the quantum pendulum meets XViS.

Whistleblower Testimony on Threats

David Grusch (2023): Testified under oath people have been "harmed" to maintain the coverup. His own life "definitely" threatened. On murder: "I have to be careful answering that question."

Dylan Borland (September 2025): Over a decade of retaliation — clearance manipulation, forged documents, colleagues directed not to speak with him, phishing by agencies.

Kash Patel / FBI: Journalist Ross Coulthart reported that FBI Director Patel is investigating allegations of murders committed to protect UFO secrecy.

Legislative response: UAP Whistleblower Protection Act (H.R. 5060), introduced August 2025.

Through the Quantum-Consciousness Lens

FL Quote 6: "We are currently weaponizing quantum mechanics... building quantum computers to guide our missiles, to command and control our space-based weapons... it would be very bad news for us to learn that a stupid chaman, a deranged guru, or any hippie high on drugs can finally mess up with our delicate systems by simply focusing their minds."

FL Quote 7: The quantum pendulum "opens the door to hack quantum computers. This is unacceptable to us."

If consciousness can hack quantum systems, and the defense establishment's next-generation weapons architecture runs on quantum computing, then the people who understand the consciousness-quantum interface are either the most valuable or the most dangerous people alive.

McCasland commanded the labs where this research would be housed. Prichard was in sensors. Gustitus was in human performance during interface. Reza worked on exotic materials. Grillmair studied the kind of orbital anomalies that DP-2147 represents.

Three possibilities (not mutually exclusive):

1. The coverup is cleaning house. Disclosure pressure is at an all-time high. Congressional hearings, Grusch testimony, Immaculate Constellation leak, Karl Nell's 2026 pivot year. The people who maintained the secret for 80 years are watching their walls crack. People who know too much are disappearing.

2. The program is consolidating. Not killing people but extracting them. McCasland left on foot with nothing. Casias's phones were factory-reset. These don't look like people fleeing in panic. They look like people being collected. If a faction within the defense establishment is preparing for forced disclosure — or preparing to prevent it — you'd want your key people where you can control them.

3. Something else is recruiting. The framework accounts for the phenomenon recruiting agents (see: brown_taylor_agents_of_the_phenomenon.md — Matthew Brown, Tim Taylor). "The phenomenon recruits. Always has." If McCasland had genuine contact or knowledge, and the pressure from both sides became intolerable, there's a third option the framework accounts for.

Historical Pattern: UFO Researchers and Suspicious Deaths

The pattern predates the current cluster:

• Morris K. Jessup (1959) — Astronomer, author of "The Case for the UFO." Carbon monoxide poisoning, ruled suicide. Friends skeptical.
• Dr. James McDonald (1971) — Senior physicist, U of Arizona. Attempted to convince Congress to investigate UFOs. Died by gunshot, ruled suicide.

5. Global collective consciousness writes reality through the substrate (the fake-news-becomes-real experiment)
6. A war between nuclear powers is generating massive collective anxiety input
7. The Process surges during nuclear events — possibly because it detects the consciousness-level signal, not just the physical one
8. 2026 is Karl Nell's disclosure pivot year

The question isn't whether these threads are connected. The question is who is pulling them — and toward what.
