The master index scrape is the single most useful FL research asset in the framework. 26,727 indexed entries with Date, Title, Link, Author, Labels columns. CSV format. Use it to:
- Verify article existence (anything not in this scrape is either a non-public Defense Report, was deleted before Nov 2024, or the bibliographic citation is decorative)
- Identify article URL patterns by date
- Map author / labels distributions across the corpus
- Locate framework-relevant articles by keyword grep
- Establish chronological provenance for FL claims (e.g., PSV Tangent in Cassini Diskus from May 2020 forward)
Important caveat surfaced April 27, 2026: several FL article codes cited in other articles' bibliographies do not appear in this master index. Specifically:

Convention: FL article codes follow the format FL-DDMMYY (e.g., FL-171017 = October 17, 2017). Codes are surfaced as bibliography entries in FL articles read into the framework. Tracking them here gives the framework a queue of upstream pulls and lets us flag testable predictive claims (where an FL bibliography entry pre-dates a public event by enough margin that retrieval would corroborate FL's controlled-leak status).
