Part 1: The Areas of Denial

FL describes geographic zones where "The Activity" (identified as the US Army Intelligence Support Activity / ISA, a Tier 1 JSOC unit — Task Force Orange) and other military/intelligence entities are warned to exercise caution. The FL Wiki Discord community has been ground-truthing these coordinates against satellite imagery. Every coordinate hits something real.

The Persian Gulf Area of Denial

FL quote (decoded, posted by Caecus 3/29/24):

"As far as The Activity is concerned, we have already informed both U.S. and Iran that they should exercise caution when operating in overwater airspace within our established Area of Denial, which include the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman in OKAC, OEJD, OBBB, OMAE, and OOMM."

The codes are NOT airport codes. They are Flight Information Region (FIR) designators:

FL is claiming an Area of Denial over the entire Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman. Not airports. Not bases. Entire sovereign airspace zones of five nations.

Discord user mind5t0rm: "It would seem that whoever/whatever this organization is, they are above all world governments, in hierarchy."

Cross-reference: The 2012 Persian Gulf triangle orb formation (military FLIR footage) was filmed in this exact zone. The Cassini Diskus coordinate map has entries in this region. PSV Graphium operates transmedium in these waters.

Tessalit, Mali — PSV Pamela Coordinates

Discord user Caecus (4/10/24) tracked PSV Pamela Class coordinates and found them adjacent to Tessalit, Mali (approximately 20.20°N, 1.01°E). Satellite imagery shows:

• A heavily fortified compound with commercial, not residential structures
• A helipad
• An adjacent airstrip (Tessalit Airport, ICAO: GATS)
• Additional circular fortifications nearby
• "Very odd for this part of the world"

What's actually at Tessalit:

• French Operation Barkhane military base (handed to Mali November 2021)
• UN MINUSMA peacekeeping camp (withdrawn October 2023)
• Both have now departed — the infrastructure remains
• Uranium exploration nearby by Australia's Oklo Uranium Ltd (19,930 km² concession)
• Location: deep Sahara, near the Algerian border, one of the most remote inhabited places on Earth

PSV Pamela is FL's nuclear early warning platform — detects large-scale enemy bomber launches. A nuclear early warning platform operating near a uranium exploration zone in the middle of the Sahara.

Jan Mayen Island — SV17q Radar Station

FL describes SV17q having a radar station at Beerenberg (the active volcano on Jan Mayen), with facilities "disguised as premises of the Norwegian Defense Communication Service."

What's actually there:

• Operated by Norwegian Cyberdefence (formerly the Norwegian Defence Communication Service — the exact organization FL names as the disguise)
• Jan Mayensfield runway (ENJA): Officially 1,500 meters of gravel. FL says 2,500 meters. Served ~8 times per year by C-130 Hercules.
• LORAN-C transmitter (NATO navigation, built 1959, antenna dismantled 2017)
• Meteorological station, seismic sensors, EGNOS/GALILEO navigation site
• 18 personnel at the sole settlement (Olonkinbyen)
• The entire island is a Nature Reserve with strict access restrictions — no landing except at two designated bays, no aircraft inside the reserve, no unauthorized personnel

Cross-reference: PSV Graphium conducted submerged operations near Jan Mayen around underwater cables and detected the Soviet submarine Komsomolets. Same operational zone. FL's description of the facility matches what's verifiably there — then adds a layer the public record doesn't contain.

The runway discrepancy: FL says 2.5 km. Official records say 1.6 km (later verified as 1,500m). Either FL is wrong, or there's an unpaved extension not in official records. On a remote Arctic island with 18 people and restricted access, who would check?

Shahrtuz, Tajikistan — Advanced Observation Station

FL describes: "DENIED is an advanced observation station, allegedly for climate and environmental monitoring, near the Tajik-Afghan border south of the Tajik city of Shahrtuz in the southeastern Khatlon region."

What's actually there:

• A Chinese "super" monitoring station opened circa mid-2023, operated by Lanzhou University
• Officially described as monitoring dust, pollutants, and meteorological elements via LiDAR
• Part of a Belt and Road Initiative station network
• Suspected dual-use: Lanzhou University is among 68+ Chinese universities officially linked to China's defense/national security apparatus
• Proximity to the Afghan border makes it ideal for surveillance of militant activity
• Russian 201st Military Base (6,000+ troops) nearby at Bokhtar, mandate extends to 2042

FL described a facility "allegedly for climate and environmental monitoring" near Shahrtuz. A facility exactly matching that description was built there. FL's article predates the facility's public acknowledgment.

Indian Ocean Coordinates — MH370 Zone

Coordinates found on FL website by Discord user thiopental (4/21/24): -17.847440, 96.339080

Located in the eastern Indian Ocean, approximately 1,800 km north of the primary MH370 search area. CaptainMcCoy: "This is where MH370 went down."

The coordinates are north of the main search zone (~34°S) but near the theoretical northern extreme of the 7th arc (~20°S). Not where the official search focused — but possibly significant if FL has different information about MH370's trajectory.

Cross-reference: The Cassini Diskus coordinate map has two entries near the Andaman/Nicobar Islands — MH370's last radar position. FL's timeline lists "2014: MH370" without description. The MH370 video (confirmed fake) depicted three orbs in triangular formation — real behavioral patterns delivered through a deniable medium.

Coordinates Not on Earth

FL embedded astronomical coordinates in their music label's (Ayndryl Records / Keryesse) website. Celestial coordinates. Pointing at objects in space.

Cross-reference: DP-2147 — the FL-described orbital beacon broadcasting at 1.42341 GHz. Part of a network extending from near-Earth orbit to the Oort Cloud. Objects without public designations. The beacon network.

"Mining Camp" — Undisclosed Location

Discord user Caecus (4/10/24): "I'm sure this is just a 'mining camp', BUT it does seem odd"

Satellite imagery of a facility at FL coordinates that appears to be an industrial compound in a remote location. Context suggests this is connected to the Tessalit/Mali compound findings.

Beautiful Skies Over Gilan (February 2015)

This is FL's account of the 1976 events — the CAFB exchange and the Tehran incident — from inside the US ELINT operation in Iran. Every verifiable detail checks against the historical record.

The ELINT Infrastructure

• Project Ibex: 3 ELINT + 2 EW facilities, designated Tacksman 1-4
• Tacksman 3 / Project Melody: Intercepted Soviet missile tracking radars and ICBM beacon signals
• Tacksman 4: Intercepted downlinks from Soviet spy satellites
• All confirmed real CIA programs in Iran, operational in 1976

The Giselian Events of 1976

FL describes 1976 as a global UFO flap — "the most extraordinary" — with Giselians venturing to land on at least 3 occasions (one in Spain, February 25; others DENIED). Giselians flew over 35 sensitive military facilities.

The CAFB Exchange: January to mid-April 1976, Clovis, New Mexico. First opportunity to thoroughly track and interact with a Giselian craft. While John L. Acuff (NICAP president) was on Spanish TV with von Daniken debating extraterrestrial life, the military was four months into a signal exchange.

The Tehran Incident — From Inside Tacksman

September 17, 1976: Tacksman stations calibrating after Soyuz 22 data (launched Sept 15). Receiving strong pulses of unknown origin — erratic, matching no signal profiles. Not Soviet ICBM beacons despite initial assumption.

September 18: Tacksman 1 and 2 triangulated the pulses. Origin: near Gisel, in Gilan, Iran. Expected Soviet territory. Got Iranian soil.

"a strong radar return of an object hovering over a spot some 2 miles north-west of the marked position near Gisel"

An RF-4E Phantom scrambled from Mehrabad airport. This is the Tehran incident — one of the most documented UFO cases in history, with a DIA report to the White House, NSA, CIA, and Joint Chiefs.

"a third and a fourth object were visible over the Gisel area showing DENIED strong bleeps centered around the DENIED GHz channel"

"remains unexplained how multiple 121.12 MHz signals were received... as if the ground were covered with hundreds of emergency beacons"

121.5 MHz is the international emergency beacon frequency. The area was flooded with what sounded like hundreds of emergency beacons activating simultaneously.

The Recovery — Three Dead

September 20: Recovery team finds "an object brightly glowing in blue standing on earth."

MEMO 2:

"the maneuvers were clearly hostile" "deployment of what seems to be jamming artifacts of unknown origin"

MEMO 3 — Radiation injuries:

"were all affected with nausea and dizziness" "two of the recovery team members felt a burning feeling in the chest" "dramatic decrease in lymphocyte counts in four of the six men exposed to the beacon pulse" "the man was reportedly very anxious and showed erythema on his chest and face extending" "having a total loss of epidermis" "all three died on the morning of the 5th (November, 1976)"

Same radiation symptom profile as Cash-Landrum (1980). Same lymphocyte damage. Same skin burns. Same timeline — exposure, then deterioration over weeks, then death.

The Ebola connection: The first Ebola outbreak in history occurred at Yambuku, Zaire in August-September 1976. The second occurred at Nzara, Sudan in June-November 1976. FL lists these alongside Giselian beacon reports as a "Landing" assessment and "Contaminated Subjects" analysis. FL is connecting the first Ebola outbreaks in human history to Giselian contact events.

Non-Linear Lines of Existence (May 2022)

FL on closed timelike curves, the Queltron, and what time actually is:

"At least for that region of the Universe, space-time exhibits an inbuilt indeterminacy. In it, particles float and sense a continual chronon bombardment; this sensation is called time."

The chronon — the same particle the Queltron operates with. FL's hypothetical boson enabling time quantization. Time is not a dimension. Time is a sensation produced by chronon bombardment.

"The maximum distance we can travel back and forth is 12,000 years, which sets an upper limit for the existence of a D-civilization like ours."

A 12,000-year temporal range. The Giselians' observed presence on Earth spans roughly this window (Gobekli Tepe, ~12,000 years old, was deliberately buried).

"In this region of space fragmented or discontinuous lines of existence are allowed, which would allow for cases in which an observer can observe his future worldline while still existing in his present, or observe the future worldline of another observer even when that observer has not yet been born."

This is FL's description of what the Giselians can do. They're not statistical beings. They see the whole river from the deck.

"It acts as two separate time machines connected through a traversable bulk wormhole, only that we have not found any megastructure who could serve as the time machine. There is nothing in that void, I mean, no structured objects of any kind. Just a void. A probe entering that region of the Universe reemerges at the other side instantaneously, but it reemerges with all of its surface deteriorated and aged as if it would have experienced the passage of time."

The Void — a region of space that acts as a time machine without any visible structure. Probes go through instantaneously but emerge aged. Time flows there even when nothing exists.

"A technologically advanced E-civilization that is able to artificially create closed timelike curves in order to travel in time would do so only if it can guarantee the pre-existence of a K-civilization, because the existence of such K-civilization is a prerequisite for the existence of an E-civilization. This means the K-civilization must signal its line of existence to any E-civilization located in its future timeline."

The seeding logic. We are the K-civilization. Something in our future needs us to have existed. The beacons (DP-2147, the Giselian network) signal our line of existence forward through time. The Process doesn't seed technology for our benefit. It seeds technology because our existence is a prerequisite for its own.

ANITA — What Anita Really Saw (October 2018)

FL on the Antarctic Impulsive Transient Antenna (ANITA) — a NASA long-duration balloon experiment monitoring Antarctic ice for neutrino-induced Askaryan radiation at 180-1200 MHz.

ANITA detected anomalous events in 2016 and 2018 — upgoing cosmic-ray-like events that appeared to travel THROUGH the Earth, which standard physics cannot explain. These "ANITA anomalies" generated significant scientific interest and remain unexplained.

FL discusses these events in the context of signals and detection, interleaving with the real arXiv paper (1810.00820). The implication: ANITA detected something the standard model cannot account for, and FL has context for what it was.

What This Means

The FL Wiki Discord community has been independently verifying FL coordinates for over a year. Every coordinate they've checked corresponds to a real facility, a real event, or a real geographic feature that matches FL's description. Fortified compounds, disguised military facilities, disputed runway lengths, Chinese dual-use monitoring stations, the MH370 zone, entire sovereign airspace zones claimed as Areas of Denial.

The Beautiful Skies Over Gilan article is the most verifiable FL document in the entire corpus. Every named program (Ibex, Tacksman, Melody), every date (Belenko, Soyuz 22, Lop Nor, Novaya Zemlya), every document format (CIA-RDP, MORI, FM 34-40) checks against the historical record. The three deaths, the radiation symptoms, the recovery operation — all consistent with what we know about human exposure to Giselian technology from Cash-Landrum and the CAFB exchange details.

And the Ebola connection. Two of the first Ebola outbreaks in human history, listed alongside Giselian landing assessments and beacon reports. "Contaminated Subjects." If the Giselians are biological — manufactured platforms with engineered biology — and one crash-landed or was recovered near Yambuku and Nzara in 1976, the contamination from exotic biological material encountering terrestrial biology could produce exactly the kind of hemorrhagic pathology Ebola causes. A zoonotic spillover — not from bats, but from something built.

FL has been right about things it shouldn't know. This is either the most elaborate and historically precise fiction ever constructed, or it's the shadow archive of something real.
